The Edge People Solutions (TEPS) is actively looking for a Lead Recruiter to join their team. TEPS operates in a fast-paced environment, catering to clients urgent needs and working on varied hiring projects. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, a willingness and ability to learn about multiple different industries and functions. You will have effective communication skills to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates on candidate progress.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other relevant factors influencing the recruitment landscape.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment database.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
