  • Guy Erricker

    Guy Erricker

    Guy has worked in the Asian recruitment industry since 2003 and was based in Hong Kong from 2006 -16 and in India from 2017. Living in Bangalore his mandate is to help develop regional relationships with our international clients as well as work with and advise new businesses entering into the India market. He has observed numerous times, and experienced personally, the challenges of building a business in the region and is well versed in identifying leadership talent both in India and across Asia.

    Devi Kumar

    Devi has been recruiting in Asia since 2006, for leadership roles from Finance and Operations, to Sales/BD and Marketing for Fintech and the Financial and Professional Services sectors. Twice voted a Top 10 Best Recruiter in the AsiaMoney Headhunters Poll, Devi has successfully built teams for startups and established businesses throughout Asia. Her experience has given her deep knowledge of cultural expectations, which play a key role in successful hiring, and enable her to provide on-the-money advice, from market intelligence, to strategic searches, and headcount planning.

    Recruiter Licence : R1105395 Sam has been working in search since 2000 and in Asia since 2005 with a primary focus on senior back and middle office appointments within Financial Services. Based in Singapore, Sam’s key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships particularly within our International client base as well as growing and diversifying our offering to clients in our Singapore office.

    Priya Bala

    Priya Bala comes with over a decade of recruitment experience in the local and regional markets. Previously the Malaysia Country Director for a global recruitment firm, in which she tripled their business revenues within 24 months, her responsibility at The Edge is to drive the business forward to reflect the rest of our platform in Asia. Priya was previously in the Media & Communications industry and retains a personal focus on the Marketing, Communications and Digital sectors. Her network in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong make her a valuable partner for both clients and candidates.
  • Ujjayini Mitra

    Ujjayini Mitra

    Ujjayini started her career as a Technology Recruiter in India back in 2006 and since then she has worn many hats within the recruitment industry across APAC. Be that of an Internal TA, a Recruitment Consultant for the HR Desk or in the most recent years of that of a Recruitment Trainer and Coach. She now manages the ‘Learning and Development, People and Operations’ function for The Edge Partnership across Asia. UJ has a strong commercial mind and a talent to design learning solutions that support and drive the business and people strategies. She works alongside business leaders and management teams and at an individual level, to develop talented teams, accelerate careers, improve productivity and increase profitability.

    Richie Holliday

    Richie brings over 20 years of staffing and recruitment experience to the team and works as a Non-Executive Director within the business.  He joined The Edge Partnership to support the management in their efforts to build momentum and drive excellence in the recruitment and staffing markets where they operate.  Richie provides an external and independent view on the running of the business, including best practice advice, and inside counsel to the leadership.  Having previously worked in Financial Services recruitment in the UK, Richie moved to Hong Kong in 2007 and successfully grew a recruitment team to over 250 full-time staff across multiple locations in the APAC region.
