Having started his career as a software developer, Rajbir forayed into the world of leadership hiring in Technology in 2011. He is leading the Technology hiring at The Edge Partnership after spending 9 years at a large India focused search firm. In his previous executive search role, Rajbir was pivotal in setting up the Insurance, Technology and Operations and Offshoring verticals for the firm. Being a software developer himself, he brings a unique perspective to the technology leadership hiring.  His methodical yet innovative approach for leadership hiring has helped multiple clients to grow rapidly and hire some of the best talent.  He has proven track record of sourcing top tier executive talent and has led multiple C suites searches for multinational organisations in Financial Services, FinTech and Product organisations. Nicole holds a MBA from Poly technology University in HK and is degree qualified in Economic from University of Victoria in Canada.
