Devi has been recruiting in Asia since 2006, predominantly covering Financial & Professional Services and related Tech. Her core focus is recruiting for leadership level roles within the CEO, CFO & COO remit. Twice voted a Top 10 Best Recruiter in the AsiaMoney Headhunters Poll, Devi has successfully built teams for startups, growth stage as well as MNC’s throughout Asia. Her experience has enabled to build a long-standing proven network in the space, and also be well acquainted with various cultural expectations in this part of the world- all of which play a key role in successful hiring and also enables her to provide on-the-money advice, from market intelligence to strategic searches, and headcount planning.
Natalie has nine years of search experience across EMEA, North America and Southeast Asia. She graduated from Bristol University in 2009 and after a brief stint in marketing, she started her career in recruitment.
Natalie specializes in Investment Management and Private Equity recruitment. She covers Mid – Senior level Distribution and Investment roles in Singapore and Hong Kong. She has a keen interest in and has worked on many ESG and impact investing roles over the past few years. Natalie has spoken as a panelist and organized D&I events, with a focus on female representation within finance.
Kelly has over a decade of experience in recruitment industry with extensive network in the Wealth Management and Private banking space. Kelly is an Associate Director within a highly established Banking team at The Edge Partnership, and works with leading Private banks and Wealth managers around the region. She is highly experienced in end to end recruitment and brings deep market insights within this space. Effectively trilingual in Mandarin, English and Bahasa.
Oliver specialises in Technology and Project Management within The Edge Partnership. With expertise in both permanent and contract roles, he focuses on serving the Financial Institutions, Fintech, and Consulting sectors.
Oliver’s prior experience concentrated in recruiting for Projects and Change, gaining extensive experience in regulatory compliance, capital markets, and digital payments over the past eight years.
Previously, he had a five-year tenure in the Financial Services sector, where he acquired valuable corporate and investment banking experience. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders provided him with insights into client operations and their expectations from candidates and talent acquisition partners.
