The Edge in People Solutions (TEPS) was set up in recognition that there is no one recruitment approach that fits every client requirement. Different budgets, different circumstances, different desired outcomes require different approaches. Leveraging off its sister company’s Asia footprint and resources, The Edge Partnership, we support strategic hiring campaigns, turnkey projects in the form of a mini-RPO with competitive pricing structures pan-Asia. Naturally we are also able to support clients whose needs are more modest and not requiring a niche talent search.

Throughout her career, she has displayed a remarkable ability to drive results, foster client relationships, manage vendors, recruit top talent, lead business operations, and provide valuable solutions through various initiatives.
Priyadharshini has been a Founder and CEO herself of a fast-growing recruitment firm for 5 years before making her exit, and brings this experience to her role at The Edge People Solutions (EPS). Her tenure has been characterized by the implementation of best practices and the construction of a robust client base, leading to consistent revenue generation for the organization. An entrepreneurial spirit and visionary leadership have been pivotal in establishing a strong presence in the market and her relentless commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is her driving force.
