With over a decade of recruitment experience, Michelle heads up the Commerce Team at The Edge, with the team recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement & Supply Chain and Healthcare. Armed with an Accountancy degree, Michelle began her career as an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. She subsequently moved to an in-house audit and compliance role with a Temasek Portfolio Company before venturing into recruitment. Haven taken both English and Chinese as First Language subjects in school, Michelle is effectively bilingual.

Eliza Ho is a Director at The Edge Partnership. Based in Hong Kong, she leads the team covering Commerce, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing hires for local and international clients, across a wide range of industries especially in the Consumer, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Life Sciences/ Pharmaceuticals in the Asia Pacific. With 16 years of executive search experience coupled with prior commercial exposure with leading fortune 100 companies, Eliza’s primary mandate is the search and selection of business leaders, functional heads and C-Suites.

Eliza’s commercial industry experience and professional search expertise in the region enables her to offer unique value and insight for both her clients and candidates. Many of her assignments are placed via her network and unique referrals. Eliza has a Masters’ in Marketing from the University of Manchester, and a BSc. (hons) in Chemistry & Biological Chemistry from the University of Warwick in the UK. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
