Having had a successful career in Financial Services across multiple countries, and a part of that in building and recruiting teams for various business lines, Adarsh decided to embrace Recruitment industry as a career over 7years ago. Adarsh has been responsible for building and running contracting and managed staffing solutions in HK over this period, and brings a total of 16+ years of working experience spanning across these specialties.

As Head of Contracting Services, at The Edge, Adarsh is mandated to drive the contracting business for our clients, including leading global Banking & Financial Services and Multinational organisations. Adarsh has a proven track record of recruiting mid to senior-level professionals, covering Project & Program Management, Business Analysts, Change, Business & Digital Transformation, Middle & Back Office and Finance functions.

Adarsh has built a diverse, and high-calibre talent pool of experienced professionals during these years and is a driven, hands on individually who prides in having delivered the right solutions to his clients. Passionate about making a positive and a tangible difference, he aspires to assist his candidates and clients through connecting dots in a meaningful way.  Adarsh holds a MBA degree from Queen’s University, Kingston, and PG Diploma, in Business, from Amity Business School, Noida.

Sakshi comes with over a decade experience in managing global customers for their hiring needs in the Tech and Non-Tech space across industries at various levels. While she began her career in 2010 as a Technology recruiter, she also gained extensive experience in Account management, Business Development and Sales, managing strategic customers in India and the USA. She was a Founding Member of a man-power consulting start-up and was involved in building the organization from scratch and has led various initiatives like Hire-Train-Deploy, D&I, Campus Hiring for a large global Investment Bank later. She is passionate about building an inclusive and diversified talent network, and providing efficient recruiting solutions that fulfil organizational needs and functional objectives, especially in the Contract Staffing space.
