Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
Prospect, pitch, and close deals with new clients to expand the company’s client base.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content production, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to support the development of effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in media sales, with a minimum of 3 years of successful sales management.
Strong understanding of the media industry and market dynamics in Vietnam.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
