Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with new clients to expand the company’s client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content production, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to support the development of effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media sales, with a minimum of 3 years of successful sales management.
  • Strong understanding of the media industry and market dynamics in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
