Structuring Debt Issuances: Designing debt programs that align with the financial profiles of issuers while ensuring investor comfort.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clientele and senior stakeholders.
Research Expertise: Conducting primary and secondary research to acquire in-depth knowledge and information about companies.
Documentation Activities: Handling process notes, information memoranda, and other documentation tasks, along with preparing market reports and presentations.
