Key responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations including but not limited to infection control, medical equipment, drugs & medical supplies, etc
Regular visits between various clinics are required
Provide regular training & coaching to the team and deliver high-quality customer services to patients
Identify and acquire potential business partnership, including but not limited to insurance sectors and corporate partners
Assist the senior executive team in performing business review and monitoring business performance to generate business volume
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Occasional travel to China is required

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Healthcare/ Business/ Marketing and Communications, or medical related disciplines

Minimum 8 years of business development & operation experience in private medical sector, with leadership/ supervisory experience is preferred

Proactive, independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented & a good team player
Good planning, organization and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
