Key responsibilities

Proactively source and build Relationship Manager pipelines from the private banking and wealth management industry across Southeast Asia using a range of direct sourcing strategies include market mapping, networking, and headhunting.
Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop an effective talent attraction strategy and promote the Organization as Employer of Choice.
Ensure best in class internal customer and candidate experience.

Role requirements

Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition either in house or executive search with a proven track record in hiring Relationship Managers in wealth management and private banking.
Fluency in Chinese is essential as communication in the language with stakeholders will be required.
Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
Proven track record in achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
