Key responsibilities

  • As the Senior Project Manager, the selected candidate will serve as the India counterpart and will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead and execute stakeholder management strategies, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building with all relevant parties involved in the project.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a diverse team, including Project Management Offices (PMOs), Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other entities engaged in the respective project.
  • Project Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage and navigate the complexities of large-scale projects within the financial service domain.
  • Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma certification is a prerequisite, underscoring the importance of incorporating process excellence and efficiency into project management practices.

Role requirements

  • Finance Domain Expertise: Ideally from the finance domain, the candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of financial processes, regulations, and industry nuances.
  • Change Management & Transformational Skills: Exhibit a proven ability to drive and manage change effectively, with a focus on achieving transformative outcomes within the project and organizational context.
  • Large Project Management Experience: Showcase a successful history of managing large-scale projects within the financial service domain, emphasizing the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Location – Mumbai
  • Experience – Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
