Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including documentation, risk management, and formal project closure. Prepare project reports, highlighting risks, resource utilization, and trends.
  • Lead stakeholder engagements, work streams, and providing oversight of project resources and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to build project pipeline and business cases, lead BA teams, and ensure project success. Assist stakeholders and various lines of businesses with tactical/strategic solution requirements.
  • Work across departments to identify opportunities for project delivery improvement. Train team members, structure project governance, and devise induction frameworks.

Role requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in driving change management as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in any of the following functions: Front Office/ Settlements/ Trading/ Operations/ Global Markets/ Prime Services.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with OTC products like Fixed Income, FX, Equities, etc. along with a solid understanding of trade lifecycle, global regulations, and trading/investment banking processes.
  • Proficient in the full end-to-end systems delivery lifecycle (SDLC), as well as agile and waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience in managing digital transformation and data analytics projects and having a strong understanding of various approaches to functional testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and having great attention to detail and maintaining high-quality documentation and processes.
