Key responsibilities

Lead a team of procurement professionals and report to the Head of Procurement.
Oversee procurement activities in Food and Beverages categories.
Decision making regarding the procurement strategies.
Handle contract tending, negotiation, implementation and ongoing management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, data analysis and reporting to monitor savings by category and suppliers.
Regular review of suppliers and vendor sourcing.
Established procurement policies and procedures.

Role requirements

Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience ideally in Food and Beverages or Hospitality industry.
Dynamic leadership with strategic decision making and able to utilize data for cost saving initiatives.
Excellent analytic skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, supply chain management and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Manager (Food and Beverages).
