Key responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Group Marketing and Corporate Communications, you will lead a dynamic team in developing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance our brand image and drive revenue growth through thematic campaigns and diverse promotional platforms.
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategies to enhance our brands, create value for guests, and increase revenues through thematic campaigns and diverse promotional platforms.
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand their needs and design impactful programs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work with local and international media outlets to amplify our brand coverage and ensure a strong and cohesive presence.
  • Proactively expand and strengthen our business networks to generate sales leads and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships through strategic joint promotion programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our promotional channels and expenditures, setting measurable KPIs to ensure our brand positioning is making an impact.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing and communications experience, with at least 4 years at a managerial level. Preference given to candidates with F&B, property, or hospitality industry exposure.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with strong project & stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing innovative strategic marketing initiatives in a collaborative manner.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, comfortable working with strategic direction and autonomy to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for social media and digital platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with a sharp commercial sense and polished professional presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other analytical tools, as well as social media platform management.
