Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the timely filing of replies to petitions/complaints, satisfaction of awards, and filing of appeals related to Consumer/Ombudsman matters.
  • Review Consumer Ombudsman cases to decide on contesting or compromising strategies to achieve savings.
  • Manage timely and quality reporting/information submission to regulators and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-5 individuals.

Role requirements

  • A Law Graduate with 6 -7 years of relevant experience in consumer/ombudsman litigation within the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Robust Team Management Experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
