Key responsibilities

  • Promote and deploy whenever as possible the group solutions. Contribute to the global projects, their evolutions, and continuous improvements by expressing local needs.
  • Provide agility by deploying local solutions.
  • Develop a technology roadmap for infrastructure & business applications teams linked with the global roadmap of the group and ensure the operational alignment.
  • Be an IT ambassador, a vector of performance by launching the right initiatives to improve and optimize performance by responding to local needs.
  • Support the methodologies, and processes of IT group (IT governance, LISP, GDPR, internal control policy) and local legislation.
  • Integrate the cybersecurity into any local infrastructure and application at local level, and deploy awareness locally whenever as needed.
  • Manage projects in conjunction with the business in charge and applying the project governance.
  • Drive & guarantee success of docking projects of her/his zone, in close collaboration with the Group and the new subsidiary’s team.
  • Ensure local application support with business proximity.
  • Ensure user proximity support when needed.
  • Monitor delivery service management and level of service of IT in the perimeter, by measuring KPIs, including CSAT ratings, in line with group standards.
  • Drive infrastructure and operations service excellence in a matrixed global environment.
  • Manage the local providers.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training for IT Staff (directly managed or not)
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department budget of the zone.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives and projects throughout the SEA Zone.
  • Maintain updated list of local hardware and software; Ensure timely disposal of assets, reconciliation with accounting dept. and ensure regular renewal of licenses.

Role requirements

  • Knowledge in exploitation management, infrastructure monitoring and exploitation
  • Strong knowledge in IT project management
  • Professional English
  • Ability to deliver a service (IS and IT), service-oriented people (KPI, reporting etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand business needs, support, and challenge their expectations toward business needs & IT, understand and describe processes.
  • Change management.
  • Leadership of internal and external global teams
  • Ability to work in matrixial.
  • Knowledge/experience in ERP systems (SAP…)
  • Experience in similar context, industrial companies.
