Key responsibilities

Lead the Operations Financial Planning & Analysis and compliance activities which includes:
Providing business partnering and advisory support to senior management and the employees
Managing financials for multiple Product Divisions manufactured in Singapore
Key contact point for Division/BU Finance with the head office and across other regions.
Involved in annual Strategic Planning process
Manage the Worldwide Operational Resource Alignment Process
Provide financial oversight of New Product Introductions, Supplier Analysis, product/location transitions
Perform analysis of Headcount, COGS, Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory to Management
Identify opportunities in operational-related areas for improvement by participating in:
Inventory Optimization Review
Gross Margin Improvement
Supplier Investments
Facilitates financial & operational process improvements and standardization opportunities
Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirements

Role requirements

You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience leading Finance teams in a multinational environment.
The ability to work collaboratively across various cross-functional departments as well as having the ability to form, develop, and lead high-performing teams is highly critical in this role.
Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within a manufacturing environment is a must for this role.
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as well as good organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
Candidates with strong knowledge of SAP including financial analysis and possess sound knowledge of planning and budgeting will have an added advantage for this role.
