Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations Financial Planning & Analysis and compliance activities which includes:
  • Providing business partnering and advisory support to senior management and the employees
  • Managing financials for multiple Product Divisions manufactured in Singapore
  • Key contact point for Division/BU Finance with the head office and across other regions.
  • Involved in annual Strategic Planning process
  • Manage the Worldwide Operational Resource Alignment Process
  • Provide financial oversight of New Product Introductions, Supplier Analysis, product/location transitions
  • Perform analysis of Headcount, COGS, Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory to Management
  • Identify opportunities in operational-related areas for improvement by participating in:
  • Inventory Optimization Review
  • Gross Margin Improvement
  • Supplier Investments
  • Facilitates financial & operational process improvements and standardization opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirements

Role requirements

  • You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience leading Finance teams in a multinational environment.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across various cross-functional departments as well as having the ability to form, develop, and lead high-performing teams is highly critical in this role.
  • Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within a manufacturing environment is a must for this role.
  • To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as well as good organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Candidates with strong knowledge of SAP including financial analysis and possess sound knowledge of planning and budgeting will have an added advantage for this role.
