Manager – Learning & Development

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions to address individual and organsiation development needs
• Design, develop and deliver training programmes using adult learning methodologies and digital learning to upskill capabilities of the workforce to meet the business priorities
• Work closely with broader HR team and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of learning programmes, including government institutions on administering grant and training subsidies
• Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness, utilizing insights to drive continuous process improvements
• Manage and drive training programmes such as New Hire Onboarding Programme as well as other employee engagement initiatives
