Our client is an established medical group, providing both GP & SP medical services in Hong Kong. They are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee one of their medical businesses, to drive the business, to enhance operational effectiveness and to maximize the values to patients.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with OG specialists and oversee daily clinic operations, including but not limited to infection control, medical equipment, drugs & medical supplies, etc
Provide regular training & coaching to the team and deliver high-quality customer services and consulting services to patients
Work closely with laboratory & diagnostic partners
Identify and acquire potential business partnership
Assist the senior executive team in performing business review and monitoring business performance to generate business volume
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Occasional travel to China is required

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Nursing/ Healthcare, or medical related disciplines

Minimum 6 years of business development & operation experience in private medical sector, with leadership/ supervisory experience is preferred

Proactive, independent, reliable, self-motivated, customer-oriented & a good team player
Good planning, organization and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
