Key responsibilities

Employee Relations:

  • Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations.
  • Collaborate with leaders to address and resolve conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay updated on employment laws, advising on HR decisions’ legal implications.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel for a legal perspective on employee relations issues.

Policy Development:

  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
  • Conduct training on policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement conflict resolution strategies and programs.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct ER-related training sessions for employees and managers.
  • Identify opportunities for skill development and training programs.

Grievance Handling:

  • Effectively manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement strategies to minimize future grievances.

POSH Investigations:

  • Lead investigations related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with POSH regulations and implement preventive measures.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee relations records.
  • Prepare reports on ER metrics and trends for management review.

Role requirements

Education:

  • Masters/Law degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 6-12 years in Employee Function
  • Strong understanding of Indian employment laws.
