Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience in Recruitment Industry or BGV Domain for one of our leading BGV Client. He/She will be responsible for end-to-end sales for BGV Services or ATS Software sales. Key responsibilities and qualifications for this position include:

Experience in end-to-end Recruitment/IT background industry will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities

  • Develops strategies to boost sales.
  • Develops programs to attract new accounts and retain existing account base. Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Lead generation & Field sales.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to achieve goals of company.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.

  • Open to travelling Skills Required:
  • Ought to be aggressive and have a pleasing personality with 3+ years of experience.
  • Self- driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on target.
  • Mature, credible, reliable, tolerant and determined.
  • Empathetic communicator.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Qualification: Graduate. Post-Graduation with marketing or sales will be an added advantage.
  • The location will be Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Bangalore.
