Key responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify client needs and position as their strategic partner in their pursuit of public fundraising. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market to effectively tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Key Account Management: Engage directly with C-Level clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth and collaborative partnership. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions to enhance their fundraising strategies.
  • Coordination with Project Consulting Team: Collaborate closely with the Project Consulting team to ensure a successful handover of clients and projects. Provide comprehensive briefs and insights to the consulting team for seamless project execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or contingencies promptly and effectively. Strive towards excellence in service delivery, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Role requirements

Shift Details:

  • EIC (European and Indian Clients) Shift: Timing: 11:00 to 20:00 IST (Open to both Female & Male candidates)
  • SBIR (Special Business Innovation Round) Shift: Timing: 15:00 to 00:00 IST) Only male candidates will be preferred for this shift)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
