Key responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to oversee the Singapore people agenda and deliver best-in-class HR solutions and services
  • Oversee a team of HR professionals in the day to day HR operational matters including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll and learning & development
  • Support the Head of HR in driving the strategic HR objectives especially in the areas of change management and transformation

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 to 12 years experience across the full spectrum of HR preferably in mid to large size organisations
  • At least 2-3 years of team management experience, HR experience in similar industries will be a bonus.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
