Key responsibilities

Partner closely with business leaders to oversee the Singapore people agenda and deliver best-in-class HR solutions and services
Oversee a team of HR professionals in the day to day HR operational matters including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll and learning & development
Support the Head of HR in driving the strategic HR objectives especially in the areas of change management and transformation

Role requirements

Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 to 12 years experience across the full spectrum of HR preferably in mid to large size organisations
At least 2-3 years of team management experience, HR experience in similar industries will be a bonus.
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
