Key responsibilities

• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, GxP).
• Collaborate with departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute regular system backups, data recovery processes, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive pharmaceutical data.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend integration for enhanced operations.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems for compliance and optimization.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation for the site.
