Key responsibilities

  • Enhance operating profit margin and monitor sell-out performance to achieve business goals and maintain a leading market position among niche brands.
  • Develop marketing blueprint and calendar plan which supports all channels including retail and e-commerce.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand image, and installation of new POS following merchandising standards.
  • Negotiate with trade partners and seek new business opportunities by expanding the portfolio and developing a strong distribution network aligned with brand philosophy.
  • Recruit and manage high-performing field teams in stores, delegating responsibilities and implementing standardized operating procedures to drive maximum performance.
  • Provide comprehensive staff training to maintain and elevate customer service excellence.
  • Develop counter commission and beauty advisor incentive schemes to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities effectively.
  • Manage P&L, order management, sell-in and sell-out forecasts, and stock analysis for current and potential point-of-sales in the area.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sell-out performance, marketing activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams from different departments.

Role requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing position and/or retail management in luxury goods or Perfumes & Cosmetics
  • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
