Key responsibilities

  • Engaging with relevant business stakeholders to define functional requirement details.
  • Collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and effective communication of solutions, ensuring delivery meets business requirements.
  • Collaborating with the testing team to ensure delivery quality.
  • Taking the lead on delivery and communicating with multiple stakeholders across locations.
  • Supporting the Project Manager by adhering to the clients ADF delivery framework and delivering projects on time with high quality.

Role requirements

  • Strong business analysis skills and the ability to lead in new and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior executives in various functions.
  • Good understanding of different Financial Markets products such as Fixed Income, FX, Credit, and Commodities.
  • Experience in managing scope through JIRA stories and assisting in sprint planning.
  • Ability to bring together people from across the value chain to deliver business change, considering multiple perspectives and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into business initiatives and execute them to deliver value.
  • Experience working within project teams with tight timelines, a focus on delivery, and proficiency in priority management.
