Key responsibilities

  • Report to the Sales Director and oversee a medium-sized team of sales and customer services professionals.
  • Lead the Corporate Sales team including B2B Events and E-Commerce Channels
  • Work alongside with marketing and other retail sales teams, to identify new business opportunities, while continuing to expand existing customers/ channels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Leverage market insights and membership database, and drive effective CRM campaigns and promotional events
  • Lead, develop and mentor the sales & customer service team, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Role requirements

  • Solid B2B sales or business development experience ideally in the FMCG Food & Beverage Products category
  • Bachelors’ degree graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, out of which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Exposure participating in trade fairs and organizing other corporate events ideal
  • Driven personality with a proactive mindset and strong influencing skills
  • Excellent communicator both oral and written; and be fluent in both English and Chinse (Cantonese and Putonghua) a must
