Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with client service strategy and data insights.
  • Analyze and enhance client service processes for operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify and address customer journey pain points to improve overall experience.
  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
  • Implement change management strategies for smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure transformation impact.
  • Develop training programs for team adaptation to new systems.
  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for transformation initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client service management or transformation roles.
  • Strong project management skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies.
  • Experience in Client Services for various products.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and process automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in client service transformation.
  • Location – Bangalore
  • Experience – Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
