Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create a robust talent pipeline through effective talent landscaping and budget analysis.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR recruitment consultancies for strategic hiring needs.
  • Drive leadership hiring and niche vacancies, ensuring timely closures.
  • Define interview processes, panel compositions, and ensure compliance with TA policies.
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Role requirements

  • 15-18 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment strategies and talent pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
