Group Finance & Transformation Director – Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• In this highly visible position, you will be reporting to the Group COO and managing a large team of finance & accounting processionals across multiple markets, both operations and manufacturing facilities
• Oversee & strengthen financial reporting (including SSC), FP&A, and internal control functions
• Lead the financial strategy and drive continuous improvement across mainly the finance function but also other operations
• In addition to day-to-day financial operations management, preparation of timely & accurate monthly management accounts for the Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements; you will also take a lead in various projects, such as:
  • Being the champion for automation and process improvement to drive efficiency, and other processes and systems across the various procurement processes including purchase-to-pay, order-to receipt, plant-to-inventory …etc.
  • Implementation of ERP systems across all entities
  • Conduct feasibility and financial models to support strategic business planning & decision making
• Lead and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
