Head of Regional Business Finance

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the Financial Reporting team and the Business to provide the senior stakeholders with the relevant financial analysis related to a broad range of business matters (i.e. resource allocation, business performance, corporate development).
• Run the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports.
• Set and track the financial KPIs to monitor the financial health of the business and optimize the decision-making process.
• Be an advisor to the Business’s decision makers and C-level stakeholders in key strategic business initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Alongside with the multiple ongoing projects, manage the team and be actively involved in communication with other departments (A&F, Legal, Operations).
