Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Engagement and Business HR within Equal.
  • Act as stewards of the employee experience and Equal’s culture.
  • Act as subject matter expert for people, Culture, processes, programs or projects.
  • This role responsibilities include participation in HRBP activities, Employee Engagement (Employee Pulse connects, Focused Group discussions, Meet & Greet with Leadership, Town Halls, etc) ,1-1 connects/Skip level meetings, Performance Management System, Data analytics & Report Outs and other aligned tasks.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating common processes and consistent messaging.
  • Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples’ ask.

Role requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or related HRBP roles
  • Graduate degree with passion for people and hiring.
  • Experience of ramping up a startup from 0-1 OR worked in a MAANG company.
  • Sociable & well conversant with the tools and network required for talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
