Key responsibilities

  • Prepare financial modelling and pricing analysis and business cases for new products and opportunities and existing programs in Southeast Asia
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps product offerings, pricing strategies whilst advising and earning the title of trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders
  • Prepare pricing and investment committee materials for internal review and external client proposals
  • In-depth analysis of competitors’ strategies and customers’ pricing elasticity study
  • Identify customer purchasing behaviours, price and discount sensitivity, brand loyalty across sales channels
  • Support a robust process for product and pricing reviews ensuring appropriate controls, governance, and documentation are in place
  • Participate in APAC regional knowledge and info sharing and further develop financial models and management reporting to ensure effective and efficient analysis and commercial decision-making
  • Drive regional framework and standards for pricing and investment analytics and performance management

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; with CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • 8 -12 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, new business, and product development
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – advanced financial modelling in Excel is a must with excellent analytical skills
  • Natural intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability, exhibit initiative to learn whatever is necessary to explore new solutions
  • Must maintain a high level of ownership and be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing time zones and matrix structure within a global organization (able to work flexible hours as needed during peak times)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. Promotes customer satisfaction and quality customer service for internal clients
