Key responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of Global Markets Legal, the incumbent will:
- Advise on all OTC derivative transactions for the AeJ jurisdictions
- Draft and review on documentations related to both equities or fixed income derivatives products
- Work closely with other legal and compliance stakeholders within the regional and global business teams accordingly
- Work with external counsels as needed
Role requirements
- Qualified lawyer in the commonwealth jurisdiction
- At least 8+ years of relevant legal derivatives advisory experience is a must
- Experience in both private practice and in-house is highly preferred
- Financial markets and master agreements (ISDA, NAFMII, GMRA, etc) experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
