Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to building Total Rewards policy infrastructure including design and implementation of compensation and benefit programs and practices
  • Drive and coordinate Total Rewards processes like the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction and implementation
  • Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy
  • Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines

Role requirements

  • Expert knowledge in Total Rewards with at least 8 -12 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Deep understanding of market conditions ie. best practices, trends and benchmark data across multiple countries, especially South East Asia and European markets
  • Strong project management skills with ability to advise / influence multiple key stakeholders
  • Good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
