HR Administration Associate

Seeking an HR Administration Associate with 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations, encompassing Hire to Retire processes, SOP Management, HR & Payroll Helpdesk Query resolution, Employee Data management, and Vendor Relations. The role involves handling end-to-end HR Operations such as Onboarding, Offboarding, and maintaining accurate Payroll inputs. Strong expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems like Success Factor or HCM (Oracle) is preferred. The ideal candidate should exhibit a proactive approach, confidentiality handling, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage HR Operations from Hire to Retire, including letter preparation, query resolution, and employee data updates.
  • Handle end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee Vendor Management, including contract handling, invoice processing, and PO creation.
  • Prepare various HR letters and manage Payroll inputs accurately and timely.
  • Resolve HR and Payroll queries within specified SLAs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements and scalability.

Role requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to Success Factor or HCM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Prior experience in Vendor Management and Payroll operations is advantageous.
