Paralegal – International Asset Manager (new headcount)

Key responsibilities

• Aid in the examination of local fund documentation (such as local prospectuses, KFSs, and PHSs) and supervise the submission of fund registrations and ongoing compliance with regulators in Asia jurisdictions
• Review of the translated fund documentations, coordinate financial reports, and assist with general operational duties for EU fund registrations
• Create internal communications concerning new fund registrations and updates to existing local fund documentation.
• Monitor and assist in implementing regulatory changes within the organization
