Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Procurement area through understanding current processes, evaluating intervention needs, and aligning with the distributed work environment.
  • Contribute to higher-level Administration initiatives as part of the leadership team.
  • Provide expertise in best practices, platforms, and technology relevant to Procurement and Administration.
  • Establish and manage databases for procurement-related information and collateral documentation.
  • Utilize innovative solution strategies to create value in procurement processes.
  • Foster cross-functional and cross-site collaboration to meet sub-functional objectives.

Role requirements

  • Around 15 years of experience, including leadership in multiple sub-functional areas related to procurement.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing interventions that add substantial value to organizations.
  • Strong work ethic, structured approach, and results orientation.
  • Effective team leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in research and data analysis, with experience using relevant tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
  • Adaptability to work with unpredictability and tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated accountability and integrity in actions and decisions.
