Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs
  • Be a champion of Learning & Development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new HR programs and processes.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with solid understanding across the full spectrum of HR, ideally with experience from multinationals within the industrial sector
  • Professional HR certification eg IHRP, CIPD, ACLP will be a plus
  • HR experience across APAC or SEA is a must, with solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
