Key responsibilities

Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs
Be a champion of Learning & Development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning
Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness
Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new HR programs and processes.

Role requirements

Degree qualified with solid understanding across the full spectrum of HR, ideally with experience from multinationals within the industrial sector
Professional HR certification eg IHRP, CIPD, ACLP will be a plus
HR experience across APAC or SEA is a must, with solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
