Clinic Manager / Assistant Manager (OG RN is preferred)

Our client is an established medical group, providing both GP & SP medical services in Hong Kong. They are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee one of their medical businesses, to drive the business, to enhance operational effectiveness and to maximize the values to patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Daily support in Operation Room
  • Work closely with OG specialists and oversee daily clinic operations, including but not limited to infection control, medical equipment, drugs & medical supplies, etc
  • Coordinate and follow up with patients on their status and consultation appointments
  • Provide regular training & coaching to the team and deliver high-quality customer services and consulting services to patients
  • Work closely with laboratory & diagnostic partners
  • Identify and acquire potential business partnership
  • Assist the senior executive team in performing business review and monitoring business performance to generate business volume
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel to China may be required

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Nursing/ Healthcare, or medical related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of business development & operation experience in private medical sector, with leadership/ supervisory experience is preferred
  • Proactive, independent, reliable, self-motivated, customer-oriented & a good team player
  • Good planning, organization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
