Key responsibilities

Utilize a variety of analytics tools to efficiently analyze and validate data.
Execute robust data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data sets.
Filter and organize procurement data to facilitate analysis and reporting.
Conduct data procurement activities, ensuring the completeness and relevance of acquired data.
Develop and maintain mapping tables to align disparate data sources.
Perform thorough quality checks on data to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
Generate reports and analyze trends within procurement data to extract actionable insights.
Provide support for contract tracking and management by leveraging data analysis techniques.
Ensure the accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.
Deliver comprehensive reports and insights to stakeholders, based on thorough data analysis.
Document processes related to data analytics and contribute to system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong understanding of data validation processes and techniques.
Previous experience in analyzing procurement data is highly desirable.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining mapping tables for data alignment purposes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns within complex datasets.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience documenting processes and contributing to system enhancements is advantageous.
