Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, RICEF objects in accordance with functional specifications and technical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to develop SAP Fiori applications – ODATA developments.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user manuals for SAP Fiori applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming – OO ABAP Programming.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming concepts, including ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Objects, and BAPI/RFC integration.
  • Hands-on experience developing ODATA projects for FIORI applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
