Medical Specialist – Medical Consumables (multiple openings)

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a professional brand image by providing proactive customer services
• In & out bound patients calls handling, including product enquires, purchasing orders, complaints, troubleshooting, post-sales follow-up calls, etc
• Purchasing orders handling and delivery arrangements
• Complete monthly CS call activity goals
• Maintain accurate records on internal sales system in a timely basis in order to support the team business growth
• Other duties as assigned by the management
