Maintaining robust internal controls over financial reporting, as well as driving strategic planning, analysis, and accurate forecasting and budgeting for the fund
Delivering financial statements to senior management, the Board of Directors, and investors.
Ensuring compliance with all government regulations, including MAS, SFC, and all necessary reporting
Work closely with external Auditors, Tax Advisors, and Fund Administrator
Collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure accuracy of records held in the general ledger.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within a Hedge Fund (ideally multi-strat Fund)
In-depth knowledge of financial products, with experience in handling various financial derivatives instruments.
CPA qualification and/or experience working in Big 4 firms is highly desired
