Key responsibilities

  • Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resource activities, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, health & safety, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communications, and labour relations.
  • Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 15 years solid commercial HR experience across the full spectrum of HR.
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
  • Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organizations will be beneficial.
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
