Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Revenue Operations functions to drive business growth.
  • Lead and oversee a team of 10+ people, including hiring, mentoring, and managing performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce administration and ensure effective system integration.
  • Analyze and create reports that drive sales-related business intelligence, proactively identifying trends and offering actionable insights.
  • Understand and optimize the marketing to sales funnel (MQL, SAL, SQL, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as pipeline coverage, win rates, industry / customer / market trends, and pricing & discounting trends.
  • Oversee the integration and management of various workflow systems, including ticketing systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales development tools.

Role requirements

  • Proven experience in building and managing Revenue Operations functions.
  • Strong performance and people management skills, with experience overseeing teams of 10+ people.
  • Extensive Salesforce administration experience.
  • Ability to create and analyze sales-related business intelligence reports.
  • In-depth understanding of the marketing to sales funnel and key sales metrics.
  • Familiarity with workflow integration and system management, including ticketing systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales development tools.

  • Zendesk (ticketing)
  • Pardot (marketing automation)
  • NetSuite (ERP)
  • Outreach (sales development tool)
