Key responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of product strategies, marketing plans of assigned product portfolio
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goal and maximize market share
  • Drive the multichannel engagements towards end users, including both online and offline activities
  • Monitor product performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape
  • Convert market and business intelligence to develop marketing strategies
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients when needed
  • Conduct product presentations, seminars when needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of product development and launch activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Business/ Marketing related disciplines
  • 4+ years of product/ brand marketing experience, preferably in medical device/ FMCG/ Beauty industry
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and independent
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
