Key responsibilities

Oversee store operations to guide, support, and motivate teams in achieving short and long-term sales targets and KPIs.
Lead and inspire teams to meet business targets in profitability, service standards, and business development.
Ensure efficient store operations, including staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Provide effective leadership through communication, motivation, coaching, and training to meet business objectives.
Develop and execute CRM strategies to grow VIP databases and meet commercial goals.
Monitor VIP CRM strategy to drive database growth and commercial success.
Cultivate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service within the team.
Regularly assess and review staff performance.

Role requirements

Diploma or higher education, with a preference for university graduates.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in multi-store management roles.
Background in fashion/retail/luxury brands preferred.
Passion for fashion and retail, with keen market awareness and competitor insight.
Proactive approach to driving KPIs and customer service.
Strong leadership and people management abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
