Key responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations to guide, support, and motivate teams in achieving short and long-term sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead and inspire teams to meet business targets in profitability, service standards, and business development.
  • Ensure efficient store operations, including staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Provide effective leadership through communication, motivation, coaching, and training to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to grow VIP databases and meet commercial goals.
  • Monitor VIP CRM strategy to drive database growth and commercial success.
  • Cultivate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service within the team.
  • Regularly assess and review staff performance.

Role requirements

  • Diploma or higher education, with a preference for university graduates.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in multi-store management roles.
  • Background in fashion/retail/luxury brands preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and retail, with keen market awareness and competitor insight.
  • Proactive approach to driving KPIs and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
