Key responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Head and managing a mid-sized team
Leading strategic planning and execution of sales, supply, demand, inventory and distribution management activities across markets in the region
Drive continuous improvement to enhance the overall planning processes and systems
Maximize supply chain efficiency through enhanced forecasting accuracy, optimizing inventory levels and improvement on on-time delivery
Collaborate closely with regional and global partners in Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure effective communications and objectives aligned
Define KPIs and targets to manage performance review to drive for operational excellence with reliability and agility

Role requirements

Minimum of 15 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience ideally from the Premium, Fashion or Luxury Retail sector
A university degree preferably in the supply chain, logistics or related discipline
Strong supply chain expertise in demand, sales, inventory and distribution planning with track record driving improvement
Robust leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
Excellent communications skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in English is a must for this role
